Contract Analyzer Pro is an offline, local AI application designed to analyze and assess legal contracts directly on the user’s device. The App is built to operate primarily without an active internet connection. This Policy explains what data may be stored locally on your device, what data may be stored by us or third parties for licensing and payment, and your rights and responsibilities.

License activation requires web access to our third-party provider(s) for payment and activation. Once activated, the app does not communicate over the internet.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

Unless you choose otherwise, the App does not:

Collect, transmit, or upload contract, text, or document content for processing on our servers.
Record user queries, documents, or analysis history to any external server by default.

All core contract processing is performed locally on your device. We do not train our AI models with your private data.

4. License, Activation & Payment Data (Stored Locally, with Third-Party and Server Options)

To enable paid activation, licensing, and purchases, some data may be stored outside your device:

Third-party payment and licensing portals: When you purchase or activate the App, information you provide on the checkout or activation page (such as name, email, billing information, and hardware ID) may be processed and stored by third-party processors. The third-party services we use include, but may not be limited to, LemonSqueezy, Stripe, and PayPal, and potentially other credit card processors. These third parties maintain their own privacy and security policies; please consult their policies for details on how they handle your information.
Server storage: In some cases — for example, to manage license activation, hardware ID mappings, or to provide support — we or our authorized service providers may store license and activation records on Aabey LLC servers or on third-party vendor servers. These records typically include the hardware ID, license key, purchase metadata, and the contact information you supplied during purchase or support requests.
Install and Uninstall:The installation process operates solely from the packaged and digitally signed executable or MSI installer and does not establish any internet connection during installation. When you uninstall the application, the primary program files will be removed; however, certain residual files, configuration settings, license keys, or locally stored data may remain on your device’s hard drive.Hardware Identification: A unique hardware identification (hardware ID) is generated and used for licensing purposes. This identifier remains consistent for the same physical device, as it is derived from the system’s underlying hardware components. Each license permits activation on up to two devices (“two seats”). If you wish to transfer the license to another computer, you may deactivate it on the previous system and activate it on the new one using the same license key. In the event that a device becomes permanently inoperable or the associated hardware cannot be recovered, please contact Aabey LLC directly to request reassignment of your license. We will verify the claim in good faith and assist in moving the license to a new system at no additional cost to you.
What we do not store: Aabey LLC does not capture or store the content of contracts or documents processed by the App.

5. Data Security & Network Activity

Offline by design: The App performs analysis locally and is designed to avoid unnecessary network communication.
Secure by design: No risk of data exposure unless local PC is accessed by malicious actors.
If you detect unexpected network traffic: If you suspect the App is generating or receiving unauthorized network traffic, please contact us immediately and include screenshots, packet captures (if available), timestamps, and any other relevant data so we can investigate. Security disclaimer for local data: While we take reasonable steps to secure our systems and the portions of data we host, we do not guarantee the security of data stored locally on your device. Protecting local files, backups, and the security of your machine is your responsibility. If you require additional security controls, consider using device-level encryption, firewalls, and secure local backup practices.

6. Data Deletion & Purge Requests

If you wish to purge license, hardware ID, or any customer data that we or our third-party processors hold, please send a request to the developer or to our support contact (support@aabeyllc.com) with sufficient details (purchase email, license key, hardware ID). We (or the relevant third party) will process deletion requests according to applicable law and the third party’s policies.
For manual deletion of data stored by Aabey LLC (license records, support logs), we will confirm receipt of your request and provide an estimated timeline for deletion. Deletion of records from third-party processors will be subject to those processors’ procedures and timelines.

7. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. We will not sell customer data to third parties for marketing or other purposes. Please refer to the third-party processing your activation and purchasing for their data security policies.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The App may work with or require third-party vendors for payment and license activation (LemonSqueezy, Stripe, PayPal, and/or other card processors). Those vendors collect and store the payment and contact information you provide to them on their platforms. Aabey LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties; please consult their privacy policies.

9. User Responsibilities & Liability Disclaimer

You are responsible for the data you upload and process: You are solely responsible for any document, contract, personal data, or confidential information that you input into the App, and for maintaining any required legal bases for processing that information.
Outputs and legal responsibility: All outputs generated by the AI — such as risk assessments, clause suggestions, rewrites, or full contract drafts — are suggestions only. You (the user) are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and accepting any changes or final documents produced by the App. Aabey LLC does not accept responsibility or liability for legal consequences arising from the use of the App’s inputs, outputs, or usage.
No warranty on correctness: The App is provided “as-is” for informational and drafting assistance; it does not provide legal advice. Always consult qualified legal counsel for binding legal decisions.

10. International Users & Governing Law

By using the App and its services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described in this Policy and agree that Aabey LLC may process such data under U.S. law. International users agree that U.S. law governs the interpretation of this policy to the extent permitted by law. All sales of digital products by Aabey LLC are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, returns, or reimbursements for any digital purchase under ordinary circumstances.
